Latest News:

We want everyone to know that our Township has regular office hours that run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  We're often here earlier....  and later....  and through the lunch hour....   and everyone on staff is happy to answer the phone and try to help, no matter if it's technically our "office hours" or not.  That's just part of the customer service we try to offer.  Holiday office closures are posted at our front door, on our calendar page, and also in list form here on the web.

Great news is that we now have many of the Township Public Records on line for public searches.  Hosted by B.S. & A. Software, interested folks can look up tax records, assessment records, utility records, building permits, and more.  Be sure to bookmark the page so you have Township information ready-to-hand when you need it.  Since the link will take you to the B.S. & A. website, just click your browser's "back" button to return here to the Township website.

Service

Well, Community Service is not just a Township thing here at Pere Marquette.  Participating employees at the Townhall donate $1 per week to a fund, for the priviledge of wearing their blue jeans on casual Friday.  Several times per year, these funds are used to benefit the greater community.  Here, some of our employees show off the staff's latest project: school backpacks for needy students.  The backpacks were donated to C.O.V.E. (Communities Overcoming Violent Encounters) of Ludington. All materials are purchased with staff donations (not Township revenues).

Township employees with back-to-school packs donated to charity.
