We couldn't get a clear answer on the correct spelling for this relatively new sport. However, when we searched for a definition on the Google website, "disc golf" spelled with a "c" got 17,300 hits to 2,100 for "disk golf" with a "k". That's more than 8 to 1 in favor of the "c", so that's where our vote goes. "Disc Golf."

The Township has another disc golf course located in the Ludington Area School forest property on the west side of North Jebavy Drive (between Johnson Road and Bryant). We don't know many details about this course yet, but they have a relatively new parking area and the course is getting rave reviews. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
