Suttons Landing

The park runs along the southern bank of the South Fork of the Pere Marquette River, and includes approximately 425 feet of river frontage. Fishermen (over 7500 of them annually!) love the river access. There is also a small boat launch facility. Park improvements include updated boat ramps, a boardwalk along the riverbank, a pavilion, rest rooms, and improved parking facilities.

Development of this facility was partially funded by a grant from the Great Lakes Fisheries Trust.  The park is open all year.  The shelter building can be reserved by calling Norm Dwyer at 231/843-2704.  There is no charge to use the shelter building, but free will offerings are welcomed.
