Pere Marquette Remembers

Township Clerk, Joanne Kelley has been hard at work these past months compiling and editing a memory book for the Township's Sesquicentennial. With the help of Terry Greer, who has been organizing the Township archives, and countless other residents and volunteers who have shared old photos and stories, Joanne has created a wonderful volume of pictures and tidbits that will be a treasure for many years to come.

Ample photos and illustrations will educate and entertain all readers. Families familiar with Pere Marquette history will enjoy the memories these photos bring to mind.  Those who are new to the stories of the area will enjoy the easy-reading style and informative presentation.  Over 200 photos and illustrations provide universal interest and entertainment for any reader.

The book, called Pere Marquette Remembers...   is now available for purchase at the Township offices and at several other locations in the community.  Each copy of this limited, first edition is a NUMBERED copy, making it a wonderful family heirloom.
